Summary of Cockleburr Cove Rental Rates and Policies for 2008
Rate Amounts are Per Day
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Holiday Rentals: Minimum 3 nights.
Each house has a guest capacity maximum.
Additional overnight guests are not allowed.
Day guest limit: 6 persons per house rented.
Occupancy tax of 11% also applies.
Pets allowed ($50 fee)

Spring - March until Memorial Day Weekend Summer - Memorial Day Weekend through September
Winter - October through February Holiday Rentals add $300

All rates are subject to change until
your reservation is confirmed.
Your reservation is not confirmed until your
deposit is received and your check has cleared.
The required deposit is 50% of your total
amount plus a $200 Security Deposit per house.
Your security deposit will be returned if there are no damages
and no unforeseen cleaning requirements.
We do not accept credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations received prior to the date of your reservation:
90 days: FULL REFUND
60-89 days: DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDABLE
Less than 60 days: FULL PAYMENT NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS
WE ARE ABLE TO FILL YOUR DATES WITH ANOTHER RENTER.
Your security deposit will be retained for administrative costs.
