***Your reservation is not confirmed until your
deposit is received and your check has cleared.
***The required deposit is 50% of your total
amount plus a $200 Security Deposit per house.
***Your security deposit will be returned if there are no damages
and no unforeseen cleaning requirements.
***We do not accept credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations received prior to the date of your reservation:
90 days: FULL REFUND
60-89 days: DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDABLE
Less than 60 days: FULL PAYMENT NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS
WE ARE ABLE TO FILL YOUR DATES WITH ANOTHER RENTER.
Your security deposit will be retained for administrative costs.
